Uhawna Return & Refund Policy

At Uhawna, we strive to provide high-quality tumblers and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy in accordance with consumer protection laws in the Philippines.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
✅ The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
✅ The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
✅ The request for return or exchange must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt.

📌 Non-Eligible Items:
❌ Change of mind after purchase is not covered under our return policy.
❌ Used, altered, or damaged products due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for return.
❌ Items without proof of purchase or beyond the 7-day return period.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To process a return, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact our customer support via [uhawna.official@gmail.com] within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide your order number, clear photos of the defective or incorrect item, and a description of the issue.
2️⃣ Wait for approval. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
3️⃣ Once approved, return the item to our warehouse address via J&T Express or any courier of your choice (return shipping costs may apply*).
4️⃣ After inspection, we will send a replacement or process a refund if applicable.

***For defective or incorrect items, we will shoulder the return shipping fee. If the return is due to customer error, the buyer covers the shipping cost.***

3. Refund Policy

✅ Approved refunds will be processed via:

  • Gcash or Cash payment if the order made via Pick up In Warehouse
  • Store credit or replacement (if preferred).
    ✅ Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled Before Shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer allowed.
