1.1 Uhawna operates an online store in the Philippines, offering high-quality, stylish, and sustainable tumblers.
1.2 By using our website and purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
1.3 We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website means you accept any revisions.
2. Orders & Payments
2.1 All orders placed through our website are subject to availability.
2.2 We accept GCash, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery (COD) as payment methods.
2.3 Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are subject to change without prior notice.
2.4 Uhawna reserves the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, payment issues, or stock unavailability. Customers will be notified, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed accordingly.
3. Shipping & Delivery
3.1 We ship nationwide in the Philippines through J&T Express and other partner couriers.
3.2 Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but standard shipping takes 3-7 business days.
3.3 Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Uhawna is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, force majeure, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
4. Returns & Refunds
4.1 Uhawna offers a 7-day return policy for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
4.2 Refunds are processed according to our Return & Refund Policy (see separate policy page).
4.3 Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All content, logos, images, and designs on the Uhawna website are the property of Uhawna and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Uhawna is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
6.2 Our tumblers are designed for beverage use only. We are not responsible for misuse or damage caused by improper handling.

7.2 Uhawna ensures compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) in the Philippines.

8.2 Any disputes will be resolved through amicable settlement first. If unresolved, legal action will be taken in the proper Philippine courts.
