Uhawna Shipping Policy

At Uhawna, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. Below are the details of our shipping process, coverage, and policies to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

1. Shipping Coverage & Couriers

📍 We ship nationwide in the Philippines via J&T Express and other partner couriers.
📍 Orders are processed from our warehouse in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija and shipped to all major cities and provinces.
📍 We currently do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

🛍 Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Saturday / Sundays and holidays).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing begins once the order is confirmed.

🚚 Delivery Estimated Timeframe:

  • Metro Manila: 3-5 business days
  • Luzon (outside Metro Manila): 3-7 business days
  • Visayas & Mindanao: 7-10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-12 business days

📌 Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or peak seasons.

3. Shipping Fees

📦 Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel weight/dimensions.
📦 For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional COD service fee may apply.
📦 We may adjust shipping rates to cover packaging materials such as black bubble wrap, shipping boxes, tape, and labels.

4. Order Tracking

📍 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
📍 Track your order through J&T Express’ tracking system or our website’s order tracking page.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

📌 For COD orders, couriers will attempt up to 2 deliveries. If unsuccessful, the order will be canceled and returned to us.
📌 If you miss a delivery, please contact the courier or our support team immediately to arrange re-delivery.

6. Shipping Issues & Lost Parcels

🚨 If your order is delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong address, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
🚨 Uhawna is not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
